Description

This workshop is intended for people who identify as women or minority genders.

 

This Ableton Live Workshop is for anyone interested in music making, composition, sound design or just someone wanting to explore new things. You will not need previous experience in music or any music making software to attend this workshop. During the workshop you will gain confidence to work independently on Ableton Live music making software, learn to create beats, record audio and have fun with audio. The class will be full on like-minded and encouraging people, making sure everyone will have good time. 

 

What do you need: A laptop, pair of headphones and copy of Ableton Live 90 day trial installed on your computer (before the workshop). You can download it from here: https://www.ableton.com/en/trial/

 

The workshop will be delivered by YSWN Associate Liina Turtonen. Liina is a musician, producer, and educator, who runs the LNA Does Audio Stuff YouTube Channel. Liina is an Ableton Certified Trainer who focuses on making music production more accessible for all people while teaching confidence and workflow strategies for overcoming the challenges of making music.
